Terms and Policies
PARTY PRICES
Private Parties/Office Event Parties: $25-$35/painter ages 13 and up. A minimum of five (5) paid painters are required for parties within 25 miles. Paintings listed as 1-2 hours are $30. Paintings listed as 2.5 hours or more are $35. Most designs are for 16 x 20. Square designs are for 12 x 12 canvas. Some designs can be 11 x 14 if 2 hours or less and are $25. Door hangers and ceramics are priced based on the item. A maximum of thirty-five (35) painters can be scheduled. Host/hostess paints for FREE with a minimum of seven (7) paid guests if you provide the space for canvas paintings. Door hangers, ceramics and other specialty items may require a higher number of guest and may or may not be available for free for host/hostess. Private parties can also be arranged at The Fine Arts Center in Easley but does not include a free painting and is limited to 20 guests. Includes all art supplies for one (1) painting per person, cups, plates, and rags. Average party is 2 - 3 hours. Allow 30-45 minutes for set up before the party and up to an hour for clean up after.
A contract stating the agreed amount of painters and time of the event must be signed by the host. A link can be set up online for each individual to pay with debit/credit by one week prior to the party date. Alternatively, the host can collect payment and pay Daydream Art one week prior to the date. Parties with more than 10 people requires a $100 two weeks prior with the balance due one week prior to the event. Fees for supplies will be added for no-shows.
Kid's Parties: Kid's parties are for children ages 5-12. $20-$25/painter (design chosen from the Junior designs) with a minimum of five (5) painters up to thirty (30) painters. Host/hostess child paints for FREE with a minimum of seven (7) paid guests if you provide the space. Private parties can also be arranged at The Fine Arts Center in Easley but does not include a free painting and is limited to 15 guests. Parties with 10 or more guests requires a $100 deposit at least two weeks before the party date. Full payment is due one week prior to the event. Allow 30-45 minutes for set up before the party and up to an hour for clean up after. Adult supervision is required. One adult per every 5 children must be present during the entire session.

Multiple discounts can not be applied.
FUNdraisers: $35 or $45/painter. A minimum of 10 painters is required with a maximum of 35 painters. $100 deposit is due up-front. One volunteer for every 10 painters must be provided. Volunteers need to arrive 30 minutes early, help throughout the party and help clean up.
LOCATIONS
Parties may be scheduled in your home, your venue, or in public restaurants or venues within a 50 mile radius of Easley, SC. Parties at locations over a 25 mile radius require a minimum of 10 people and will include a gas fee for travel. Events held at some public venues may require that food and drink be purchased there. Public Parties are currently offered at The Fine Arts Center in Easley. Virtual parties take place online and people paint from home.
SCHEDULING AND DEPOSITS
Daydream Art provides private parties to interested groups. All parties are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. It is recommended that parties be scheduled two weeks in advance.
Parties with 10 or more guests requires a $100 deposit at least two weeks before the party date. Host/hostess can require guests to prepay if desired.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellations for private parties or fund raisers received five (5) or more days prior to the scheduled party are eligible for a credit for future party or refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations received with less than five (5) days notice. A credit, at the discretion of Daydream Art may be offered. Individual cancellations for public parties must be made 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund (minus the transaction fee). Cancellations less than 24 hours are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit or kit at the discretion of Daydream Art. No shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. Any credits given must be used within 3 months or they are forfeited.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Daydream Art parties are BYOB. Not all events involve alcohol!! However, if you choose to serve alcohol at your event, Daydream Art can not be held liable for any accident or injury resulting from the consumption of alcohol. This responsibility lies solely upon the party host. Under no circumstances are customers under the age of twenty-one (21) permitted to consume alcohol on the grounds.
